Block Courses

You know when you want try something new but have no idea where to start?

Central Fitness's exclusive Block Courses have been specifically designed to build your knowledge and skills in areas where you are unsure, lack confidence, or flat out have no clue.
Whether that be signing up to a gym for the first time or building up the courage to step into the weights area, We’ve got you!


To make sure you get the time and support you need from our coaches, each course ranges from 4 - 6 weeks long and has a maximum of 6 participants.
